Fami Group is looking for a Head of Data & Digital Transformation to build a unified data management and analytics function, provide leadership with reliable and accessible reporting, and lead the digitalisation and automation of priority business processes in collaboration with department heads, the IT team and external partners.

· Develop a data management and digitalisation roadmap, agreeing priorities and measurable outcomes with leadership.
· Define the company’s data architecture, including key data sources, storage and processing approaches, data flows across business systems, and requirements for data quality and secure access.
· Establish data management principles in collaboration with department heads and the IT team, including data ownership, storage, backup and role-based access rights.
· Design and implement the company’s reporting framework in collaboration with all departments, translating their reporting needs into clear requirements and coordinating the development of reports in 1C, followed by dashboards and visualisations in Power BI.
· Coordinate integration projects involving 1C, CRM, Power BI and other business systems in collaboration with the IT team, relevant departments and contractors. Define data exchange requirements, including flow directions and refresh frequency, and oversee implementation, testing and acceptance to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
· Identify opportunities for process automation and AI adoption based on business needs, data availability and expected outcomes, and coordinate the piloting and implementation of agreed solutions.
· Coordinate CRM and other business system implementation and enhancement projects with the IT team and business process owners, from requirements definition through testing and launch.
Ձեր որակավորումները
- At least 3 years of experience in data analytics, BI or digital transformation, including team or project leadership.
- Experience delivering projects in data management or BI implementation, business system integration and process automation, with a clear account of personal responsibilities, work delivered and measurable outcomes.
- Practical proficiency in SQL and Power BI or an equivalent analytics tool.
- Knowledge of data modelling, systems integration, cross-system data reconciliation and discrepancy identification.
- Experience implementing, enhancing or integrating CRM systems, including workflow automation.
- Experience working with technical specialists and external partners on requirements definition, work coordination, testing and acceptance.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, explain complex information clearly and collaborate across teams.
- Experience in retail, data integration projects involving 1C, and practical implementation of AI tools would be an advantage.
